Registration for IEEE ISVLSI 2025 is Now Open!

An online registration system is available for your convenience.

Important Author Information

Conference authors (main track & special sessions)

At least one author per paper must be registered as conference AUTHOR. Each conference author registration covers up to two (2) fully accepted conference submissions (full or short papers, posters) with at least one common author. It is mandatory for the conference registered person in common to attend the conference and present the paper(s) or poster(s) associated with his/her registration.

In case a second author will attend the conference and present his/her paper or poster, additional registration is required.

You may use EasyChair to locate your conference Paper(s) ID(s). For questions regarding paper submissions, please send an email to ISVLSI2025@gmail.com.

During your conference registration, please make sure to provide your conference Paper(s) ID(s) in the online registration form.


Quantum Computing Workshop authors

At least one author per paper must be registered as workshop AUTHOR. Each workshop author registration covers up to two (2) fully accepted workshop submissions with at least one common author. It is mandatory for the workshop registered person in common to attend the workshop and present the paper(s) associated with their registration.

In case a second author will attend the workshop and present his/her paper, additional registration is required.

In case of workshop authors that have registered as conference authors, the workshop registration is free - the conference registration covers one (1) conference paper and one (1) workshop paper. In case of additional workshop papers, additional workshop registrations are required.

Conference Registration Types and Pricing

Registration Options:

  • Authors: Please register by the author registration deadline to ensure inclusion of your paper in the proceedings. Each accepted paper requires an author registration by May 30th, 2025 (GMT+3).
  • Attendees: Join us in Kalamata, Greece, and take part in exciting technical sessions, networking opportunities, and more.

Early registration rates are available until May 25th, 2025 (GMT+3).

Each conference registration provides full access to conference proceedings, sessions, keynote speeches, tutorials, workshops, coffee/lunch breaks, social events and conference co-located events. Registered conference attendees will receive on site the welcome conference pack.

Each workshop registration provides full access to workshop's sessions, coffee and lunch breaks of the conference for the day of the workshop (social events are not included) and conference co-located events. Registered workshop attendees will receive on site the welcome conference pack.

Student Registration Requirements

All participants registered under the student category are required to submit a copy of their valid student ID card via email prior to the conference. The conference secretariat will contact all student registrants with further instructions.

Please note that physical attendance by the registered student is mandatory. Student ID cards must also be presented in person at the conference secretariat upon arrival.

If a paper is to be presented by a co-author who is not a student, that individual must register under one of the non-student categories.

Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the exclusion of the paper from ΙΕΕΕ Xplore and the conference proceedings.

Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be received by June 15th, 2025, 23:59 (GMT+3). There will be an administrative fee of 50% of the registration fee for canceled registrations. Author registrations are non-refundable.

Registration fees for visa applicants are non-refundable once an official invitation letter has been issued by the conference organizers.

No-Show Policy

We value every participant's time and commitment to ISVLSI 2025, and we strive to deliver a high-quality experience for all attendees. In order to maintain the integrity of our event and ensure that resources are used effectively, we have implemented the following No-Show Policy:

  1. Attendance Confirmation
    All registered participants are required to attend in person the sessions and events they have enrolled in. This helps us manage capacity and provide the best possible experience for everyone.
  2. Cancellation Notice
    If you are unable to attend, please check the conference cancelation policy and notify the conference organizers by June 15th, 2025, 23:59 (GMT+3) via email in ISVLSI2025@gmail.com; please Cc also conference secretariat (s.kouna@esdalab.ece.uop.gr) and conference management (info@fastravel.gr). Cancellations after June 15th, 2025, 23:59 (GMT+3) will not be refunded.
  3. No-Show Definition
    A "no-show" is defined as a registered participant who does not attend the conference, workshop or scheduled sessions without prior notice or cancellation.
  4. Policy Enforcement
    No-shows may result in the following consequences:
    • Loss of access to conference materials
    • The paper will be removed from the official conference proceedings and digital library
    • Ineligibility for future conference discounts or early registration
